Payment

We accept Direct Checkout (credit/debit) through Squarespace, as well as PayPal. No PayPal account is required to use the service, and if you choose to pay this way, just click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button at the bottom of the page to check out without a PayPal account. Regardless of payment method, full payment required before shipment.

Tax will be collected for Ohio residents based on your county.

Order cancellation is acceptable for standard (non-customized) items as long as they have not been shipped. After items are shipped, it will be the customer's responsibility to ship the products back at their own expense. An order may then be cancelled and refunded (minus initial shipping costs).

Shipping

Continental USA:

Domestically, we typically use USPS First Class or Priority Mail and will provide you with a tracking number when we ship your order. Every shipment is ensured for its full value.

Items usually ship within 2-5 business days out of Columbus, Ohio.

Lost/Damaged Items:

In the unlikely case of lost items, we can file a claim after approximately 3 weeks. New items will be shipped out after this time period.

If a product is damaged during shipping, we will ship a new one to you as soon as possible. Your cooperation may be necessary to work with the claims services though, so please keep all packaging and the product.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you aren't satisfied or have any problems with our products, please let us try to amend the problem. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we want to make sure we are producing top quality products.

If we can't fix a problem, returns are acceptable if the product is returned in perfect new condition at the buyer's shipping expense. You will receive a full refund minus original shipping costs. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted for custom orders. Additionally, returns, refunds, and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchases.
